Having too much stress leads to depression which, in turn, can cause you to be less productive which can then cause even more anxiety because your have not dealt with your responsibilities.
There are many positives to eliminating as much stress as possible in your life. You will not only have better mental and physical health but oftentimes, less stress can be beneficial to your physical appearance, as well. Additionally, you tend to deal with tasks and responsibilities more productively when you are not worrying about all of the pressures in your life.

Exercising and eating properly can do wonders for eliminating some dress in your life. Exercising can release endorphins in your body which help you maintain a more positive attitude. Eating healthy in addition to exercise will help increase your energy so that you are more productive which usually means you have less tasks on your plate for you have to stress over. Yoga and meditation is another common way to calm yourself in trying times.
Setting realistic goals and accomplishing them is another example of tips for relieving stress. By accomplishing goals, even small tasks, you can feel more productive and positive about yourself. Finally, avoiding negative people or experiences whenever possible will help keep unnecessary anxiety and stress in your life.
