Even if you and your spouse have busy work schedules, you most likely will see you have some time to spare once you factor in all family activities for the week.

These spare moments can become blocks of time to schedule into each week's schedule. This way, you can both enjoy a stroll together before completing the rest of the shopping at a grocery store. You can always turn spare time together into something a little more fun such as a dinner out or even a weekend get away.

But, realizing that there is always time available to spend with your loved ones, especially your spouse, is very important. You do not want to fool yourself into thinking that you are always too busy to find time to spend together. That is never true. You may need to set some boundaries or get creative, but there are ways you can find to spend more time with your spouse.
